Chris Paul
Chris Paul was born May 6, 1985 in North Carolina and attended West Forsyth High School. As a child Chris Paul played football and later took the path of his brother and became a basketball standout. Chris Paul was recruited to Wake Forrest University and became a the key to Wake Forrest's rebuild.

Early LifeChris Paul was the second son of Charles and Robin Paul. Charles Paul Taught Chris and his brother C.J. the Fundamentals of football & basketball. Charles encouraged his boys in team sports. When Chris wasn't working on his game Chris worked at a service station own by Chris' best friend Nathaniel Jones. Nathaniel was Chris' Grandfather. Chris and Nathaniel are very close.

Personal Life of Chris PaulChris met his wife Jada at Wake Forrest University. Jada and Chris have two children together, Christopher Emanuel II. and Cameron Alexis. Christopher's nickname is CP3 because his father and his brother all have the C.P. Initial.

High School with Chris Paul
Chris Paul was only 5'0 as a freshman, Chris had decided to play JV his freshman and sophomore year hoping
that he would gain experience and confidence instead of sitting the bench on varsity. Chris Paul's older brother C.J. was already a junior star point guard. Paul's grew to 5'2 by his sophomore year. By the time The "Paul Brothers had played on the court together was in 2001 in a playoff game for 15 seconds ( Chris'-sophomore, C.J.-Senior ). Chris Paul's Junior year he grew 8 inches and averaged 25pts, 5 Assists, and 4 steals a game. This lead the West Forsyth to a 26-4 season and to the state semifinals.
Over the next summer Chris Paul emerged himself to become a huge recruit. Before Paul's senior year he had already signed a letter to attend Wake Forrest only 13 miles away from were he had grew up. The day after Paul had signed his intent Nathanial Jones was found dead after being robbed and beaten. Nathaniel was unloaded groceries from his car in his, Five teenagers tied Jones’ hands behind his back, taped his mouth, and beat him around the head and face. Nathaniel already had heart problems and he died of Cardiac arrhythmia at 61. 4 days later in West Forsyth's game opener Chris Paul scored 61 points in honor of his grandfather, 1 point for every year he lived.
